Guidelines

  • Ethical conduct (sīla) is a clear code of behavior suggestd by the Buddha to stabilize the mind and mood to support joyful awareness in meditation and daily life .

  • Right Effort with the Six Rs makes it intuitive to do the 4-Right Efforts using the Six Rs method as described in the Suttas.

  • Cultivation of the Brahmavihāras (heavenly abodes) with loving-kindness (mettā), compassion, altruistic joy, and equanimity.

  • Stages of meditation (jhāna) combines tranquility (samatha), natural stillness (samādhi), and insight (vipassanā) leading toward awakening (nibbāna).

  • Daily one-on-one interviews with personalized guidance to remove obstacles for progress in the stages of awakening.
