Learn a Practical Meditation that Works with active lifestyles.

yTWIM is a gentle, systematic approach that helps you recognize and release distractions without force or tension. By practicing the Six Rs, you learn exactly how to gradually de-condition habitual toxic through loops and emotional rabbit holes. Once learned, these skill can be applied to reduce stress reactions while cultivating mindful awareness in formal meditation and in daily life.

These practices were originally described in the earliest Buddhist text. TWIM makes these practices actionable for the present day. Most importantly, they are effective on the cushion or in relationships and in everyday challenges.
